Case 15: Excision Surgery
Our patient is a HPV strain 3, 11 infected individuals who has under gone Cryotherapy over a year in scheduled time intervals of 14 days. Patient was unable to recover due to the fact that the Keratin build up within 14 days was faster and pile was thinker to have a Liquid Nitrogen have a freezing impact on the HPV underneath the skin. The skin has namely three layers epidermis, Dermis, and subcutaneous layer which is near the muscles. We recommended to have an excision surgery to remove the pile of Keratin layer off the surface of the skin (epidermis) to apply Cryotherapy to freeze HPV virus. It was also noted that with the flow of water HPV spreads near the spot which was identified as being “hyper-keratosis”
Prior to excision advices were given to conduct and have a normal or negative reading on:
CBC – complete blood count -Normal
RBS – Random blood sugar -Negative diabetes
HBsAg (chemiluminescence)-No Hepatitis B infection
Local Anesthesia was applied to apply cut of the subject of interest in identified spot.

Patient was prescribed with:
Tablet Toradolin -10mg 2ice a day -3days
Capsule Nexum 10mg twice a day 7 days
Bactrocin ointment 2% , 10gm, applied 2ice a day for 7 days
