Surgical Pathology -Biopsy: Histological anlaysis:Prior to Biopsy requirement was to have test reports from Complete blood count, RBS, HBsAg. Our patient is a Midaged 50's person. Patient has noticed bumps and blister spots on his palms, informing that the spots appeared subsequent to V-plana cryosurgery which has a warty growth all over his palm of both hands and spreading. He had been vaccinated against HPV, even after that the warty growth continued.
Signs & Symptoms observed
Specimen: The specimen in context includes skin sample from a mid age patient, consisting of 3 specimens of tissues. The largest one is 1.0x0.3x0.3 cm punch biopsy sample of skin. Submitted as such. Microscopic Examination: The section sow kin, the epidermis reveals moderate “acanthosis”, moderate acanthosis, mild acanthosis and exocytosis. The superficial dermis reveals moderate infiltration of chronic inflammatory cells. No vesicle or koilocytosis found.
Determination of diagnostics: “Chronic” “non -specific dermatitis” found.
Rx -Prescription:
Medication , Rx:
Tablet: Astragen -4m 1 time a day full-stomach,
Facid Cream, 3 times a day.
Recovery From Biopsy Wound:
Tablet Cefaclav 500 mg twice a day 10 days
Tablet Neso 500 mg, twics a day full stomach, when in paid from wound
