Our patient is an over 50+ aged person. With prostate and urinary tract complaints states pain downwards, after a long walk has to sit for over half an hour to be able to walk again due to aching urinary tract (ureter) going from bladder to Meatus.
We conducted Ultra sonogram using USG Whole abdomen 4D,
No kidney or gall balder issue was found, no ureter no obstructive feature found.
Kidney were in normal size RK 10.15 cm and LK 10.58 cm. Parenchymal echogenicity appeared normal. Cortico-medullary differentiation (CMD) is well maintained.
We found prostate is enlarged in size with uniform echotexture. A volume of 38 cc. no sign of lesion caused by HPV to conclude Bladder or urinary tract cancel resulting from HPV.
USG Findings:
We concluded Fatty change in the liver Grade II with enlarged prostate. Urinary bladder wall is thick and irregular. Few echogenic debris is noted within.
Serum PSA test:
We conducted a Serum PSA test using Automated analyzer Liaison XL result was 0.9ng/ml which was less thank 4.0 ng/ml as reference value. We conclude no Prostate cancer diagnosed.

HPV can cause bladder and prostate cancer in human being.
HPV strain 3, 11 is widespread in hosts which are identified as being infected thru human feces in development world , either water borne and increases wide spread infection via transmission by water.
